Our Main Banquet Dinner is hosted at the University of Texas Club on 2108 Robert Dedman Drive, Austin, Texas 78712.
We open the evening with Ly Marina for the welcome classical dance. We are pleased to announce that Mr. Jay Chan will be performing. He’s a famous singer based in San Jose, California. Also singer Somarima Ork, from Seattle, Washington. SamAun Tan band will also perform Saturday evening.
Three Course Plated Dinner
1- Preset Iced Tea and Water with Lemon
2- Salad Course, start with 360 SALAD : ( Mixed greens, sun-dried cranberries, spiced pecans, goat cheese, honey balsamic vinaigrette )
Freshly Baked Rolls and Butter
3- Grilled Center Cut Fillet : (Texas bourbon demi-glaze)
OR
4- Honey Glazes Halibut : (Spicy Tomato Relis)
5- Dessert : (House Turtle Cheesecake)
